1. Phone Consultation: We begin with a complimentary twenty minute phone consultation to assess if a Video Memoir suits your family's needs.

2. Pre-Interview Meeting: From there, we'll schedule a pre-interview meeting either in-person or via video call to discuss logistics and collaborate on crafting meaningful questions for your loved one, aimed at capturing the stories you cherish.

   We'll provide you with a Personal Prompts Sheet (PPS) to help guide this process.

3. The Interview: The interview itself will span approximately 2 hours, with extra time allocated for gathering relevant family photos and videos.

4. Editing and Delivery: Over the following week, we’ll meticulously edit the footage and photos into a personalized Video Memoir and have it delivered to your family via Vimeo.
